PARADIGM SHIFTERS
You're not lost. You're between worlds.
Most of the people I see for coaching come because they've burned out on their familiar way of operating. The circumstances vary, but the patterns are recognizable: minimizing emotions, sacrificing needs to be agreeable, pushing the body to the point of chronic pain, settling for superficial connection, staying in situations where they're no longer growing.
They have a sense that something more easeful, joyful, and inspired is possible — and they want help to live into it.
These patterns aren't coincidence. They are symptoms of a worldview we were all taught: that intelligence lives only in the mind; that rationality is the whole approach; that the earth and our bodies are machines that should produce constantly and consistently.
As we start to see the limitations of that worldview and shed them, the shift is both soul-stirring and challenging — fraught with doubt, fear, and confusion as well as joy and inspiration. We see old systems crumbling. We have a sense of where we're going, but we don't fully trust the new ways of being that will get us there, so naturally we reach back for the old familiar ones.
The pressure of habit, of culture, of conditioned ways of being is strong. To act in new ways, we need new environments that reinforce what is just beginning to open up.
That's where this group comes in.
Is this you?
You value connection, relationship, nature. You want to feel passionate about what you do. You want to have fun — even with your work.
You've been reflecting. You've learned some things. You've made changes — maybe moved, changed jobs, started your own business. But even with these structural changes, you find yourself reverting to old ways of operating. Your new life has the flavor of the old grind.
You have an intuitive sense of what's right for you. You've had moments of vision and clarity about your path — but you dismiss and doubt them when the way feels hard.
If this is true for you, you are not alone. The conditioning we pick up from our families and culture doesn't resolve simply because we've changed our outer structures.

Nothing is more valuable on this journey than having a community of others equally dedicated to their becoming. As the Buddha reportedly said, spiritual friendship is not merely an important aspect of the path — it's the whole path.
You already know the way. This is where you learn to trust it.

From isolation to belonging — Letting go of a whole paradigm, a way of life still unquestioned by most of the collective, can feel quite lonely. As we practice together, we remember the truth of our interconnectedness. Deep relaxation happens when we feel ourselves as part of an intelligent whole.
From doubt to trust — We begin to viscerally trust these new ways of being even when the path feels hard. Your feelings, intuition and inspiration become reliable compass bearings rather than voices you habitually second-guess.
From reverting to integrating — Here, the repetition is the medicine. Showing up each week, and in the smaller intimacy of triads between sessions, is how new ways of being stop being aspirations and start being you.
From effortful to fluid — Not because your circumstances change, but because you do. Work and life begin to feel more like flow and less like grind.
Underneath all of it: you stop experiencing yourself as a problem to be fixed. Your "mess" is not evidence of your failure. It is part of a larger picture — one this community will help you see.

What Paradigm Shifters Is
This is a sacred space for people who recognize that not just what we do, but how we do it, matters for the world we need to create now.
This is not a class where you gather inspiration to apply on your own. Group coaching is a place for receiving real support about what you're actually going through.

Frequently Asked Questions
I haven't changed my outer circumstances much — is this still for me?
> Yes. If you want to evolve the way you live and work, this group is for you. The shift is relevant whether you're inside a longstanding job, have no job at all, or are mostly navigating change in your family relationships.
I already have a coach — are the 1:1 sessions required?
> Yes. In my experience, community and specific one-on-one support are both essential for making real, lasting change. Knowing your personal challenges allows me to shape the group space so it's highly relevant for you. If you don't want to be coached, we'll use the time to talk so I have a deep sense of what's opening for you and what's holding you back.
I can't make every session — can I still participate?
> Yes. While it helps the container to have a dedicated group, missing one or two sessions is understandable. (It's summer — you probably won't be alone.) If you know you'll miss more than that, let's talk about whether you'll be connected enough to get the full benefit.
Do you offer financial assistance?
> Yes, the price is sliding scale, and the bottom tier is significantly discounted. I can also offer a payment plan so you don't have to pay the whole thing at once. If cost is still a barrier, please reach out.
I prefer in person. Why is this on Zoom?
> So it acts as a reset in the middle of your regular life — you can drop in from wherever you live or work, and feel the benefits in that same place right after. Also so people from anywhere can join, including from wherever you may travel this summer. I know there are downsides to online meetings; we'll use specific practices to help us feel genuinely connected even in this format.
Can I get a refund if this isn't for me?
> Yes — you have until the start of the third session to receive a pro-rated refund for remaining sessions.
