Transformational Life Coaching
As a life coach, I accompany you on the journey of self-discovery.

Through compassionate listening, energetic attunement and insightful questioning, I can help you:

-
Become more self-loving and at-home inside yourself
-
Heal wounds that prevent you from thriving
-
Deepen your relationships for greater fulfillment
-
Access confidence and courage
-
Listen to the voice of your deepest truth
-
Live the path of your highest potential.

If you're looking to know yourself in your depths, to embody your values and show up authentically wherever you find yourself, I would be honored to be your guide.

Your higher self knows the way. As a coach, my role is to meet you where you are now and reflect your inner light back to you, helping you to trust your own wisdom and see yourself through loving eyes.
My main method derives from my decades of inner work and dedicated spiritual practice. From this inner intimacy, I can reflect back to you things you may be feeling and not aware of, or beliefs you may be unconsciously holding because I've deeply explored similar patterns myself.
What People Are Saying About My Coaching:
Hannah brings a very skilled, empathetic and compassionate presence to her coaching. I thoroughly enjoyed the process of clarifying and reflecting on some personal beliefs that were impacting my world – she held space and time for me to imagine what was possible! Thank you, Hannah, for being exactly who you are and doing what you do!
- Janet Waldon, ICF-ACC

Revolutionary Petunias

The nature of this flower is to bloom.
Rebellious. Living.
Against the elemental crush.
A song of color.
Blooming for deserving eyes.
Blooming gloriously.
For itself.
- Alice Walker
Hannah is a breath of fresh air. She brings a palpable and very relational presence to coaching– grounded, spacious, flexible, heart-based, and client-focused. You feel held with care and compassion as she walks with you through a current or recurring challenge. Hannah helps shine a light on things so you can see them more clearly, and she knows the value of sitting with the dark, with what is uncomfortable. She coaches you, the person, while facilitating you having a clearer understanding of your relationship to your challenge, the problem. And she honors your autonomy and agency in the process. That approach evokes awareness, self-compassion, and transformation. That’s what good coaching is all about.
